This is a free workshop open to the public that focuses on a renewed commitment to home ownership and foreclosure prevention. We are committed to helping homeowners at any stage. Whether you are in the process of buying a home or have experienced hardship and need some guidance on how to preserve your ownership, this workshop is for you.
Representatives from the NC Housing Coalition, EmPOWERment, Inc, First Citizens Bank, and the Land Loss Prevention Project will present and be available for discussion about:

- Mortgage products for First Time Homebuyers
- Industry updates and policy changes
- Home preservation tips
- Understanding the foreclosure process
